Here are my thoughts about using Revlon’s Toast Of New York Nail Polish:
- Packaging: Firstly the packaging is so Revlon style it comes in a glass bottle with a black top and a gold trim, super fancy the color and number is with a sticker on top of the top.
- Price: Revlon’s nail polishes are quite they cost R95 at red square. (omg too cheap to buy it)
- Long lasting: Revlon claims that these nail polishes are chip resistant , so I tried to put them to the test to see how long they really lasted.
Day 1 of using and no chipped nails(normally first day my nails starts chipping)
Day 2: Still no chipping…
Day 3: Ah no.. a bit of chipping on the edges( nothing major)
Day 4: chipping gets worse.
So it total I’d say no days before any chipping starts is pretty good in my experience, I haven’t found any other nail polish that lasts longer than that, which is kinda poor.
Formula: The formula is amazing, super smooth , one coat is all I needed the nail polish is super thick which means I don’t need to use that much nail polish and it lasts longer which is a big bonus cause they are expensive.
