The writing on the outside packaging really made me want to try it- oil control, natural finish, NEW COMPLEXION! I The color matched my skin well. Excellent basic pressed powder - finely milled and unscented. To avoid it looking chalky I'd suggest using a powder brush or puff sponge. The sponge it comes with is useless. I apply a light dusting over my foundation with a powder brush - sets my makeup perfectly. For touch-ups I carry it in my purse. The first few times you use a puff you may need to tap or blow off the excess as it can pick up too much. This compact lasts me forever -- at least six months. I haven't had a problem with the compact at all. I also like the fact that its a Revlon product. I will recommend it to anyone anyday.
