I recieved this product in a goodie bag at an event last year and although the colour is not something I would wear I love the formula.
Revlon deserves a thumbs up when it comes to consistency, the pigmentation is amazing, colour is great and bold with first application, and the formula lightweight and moisturizing. I would say more of a velvet matte as it leaves your lips feeling a bit soft after application.
