Okay, other than the affordable price tag and the easy application with the super-fine pen tip which gives it a thumbs up, I don't like the fact that this eyeliner fades and also dries out quickly.
I bought a brand new pen (took one from the very back of the stock), took it home, applied it to my lash line, and had to go over the same line about three times to get the colour and definition I wanted. I only used it four times and it started drying out (cap was on tightly). I bought another thinking maybe I had previously bought a dud or one that had been opened before purchase, and the same thing happened.
Even though it's affordable and applies easily, it doesn't meet the mark when it comes to quality and effectiveness.
