Lipocream is super thick and the cold weather makes the application harder but I think that it works because I have psoriasis and eczema. Lipocream seems more medicinal because it's thick and heals dry patches. After a while I feel like my skin becomes dry again especially if I used it without the Repair cream. It healed my dry atches and now my skin is constantly glowing.
