THIN LIPS

Don’t turn to fillers or the surgeons knife, it’s easy to make your lips look full and fabulous. Advises Smashbox’s Lauren Engelbrecht, “Stay away from dark shades as these will only highlight your lip size. Instead stick to light or medium shades of lipstick. Texture wise opt for creamy lipsticks and tinted glosses as the creamy, glossy formula will add volume.” Thinner lips look great in brights and neutral shades.

MEDIUM SIZED LIPS

You’re the envy of most girls as your lip size is often the most lusted after. Says Engelbrecht, “you have fair game on just about any shade, be it neutrals or bolds! Go wild or soft…it’s your party.”

FULL LIPS

Fuller lips are sexy and seductive. If you want to draw attention to your plump pout then make a statement and wear bright, bold colours. If, however, you’d like to downplay your lip size then opt for deep, dark shades and steer clear of brights or pastels. “Creamy textures are a good choice for women with full lips, as they make the lips look firm and taut,” advises Engelbrecht.
