I've tried many whitening products that have claimed to be gentle and end up hurting my gums and leaving my mouth feel sore and uncomfortable, I am happy to report back and say that the gentle whitening did not let me down, I didn't have any discomfort the extra fresh was also quite good it provided long lasting fresh feeling and my teeth were smooth and protected no matter which variant I used. I did appreciate the fact that it didn't foam too much either, I didn't have to constantly spit out the toothpaste while brushing.
Definitely give it a go if you want protection from enamel erosion and tooth sensitivity.
