This is a good scrub and even better that it contains antioxidants so your skin is going to like this one . i bought this when i was going through my *i have to have everything Sorbet phase*. i use this once a week to get at those dead skin cells. It is effective and gentle although i think the body shop scrubs are more noirishing to my skin.
