This little miracle worker was the reason I did not have to cut off my long locks, after getting ridiculously stubborn tangles. It is very forgiving on tangles, so it is great for people with a low pain threshold (like me). It's a bit pricey - I bought mine for R220, but it is definitely an investment! Easy to clean, no nooks and crannies. Just wash it in the sink/bath/shower.
