The pre-detangling butter is a must have, especially when you have type 4b/c hair like mine. My hair gets dry and knotty very easily and since I've used the pre-detangling butter it made the detangling process much easier. I usually use a wide tooth comb to detangle my hair but with the the pre-detangling butter I could use my fingers. It leaves my hair soooo soft and it smells amazing.
