As a girl with type 4 hair I found that this product gives great shine and has an amazing smell. I applied this product to moist hair as a finishing spray and it left a healthy shine to my hair.
I also used this product as an oil when doing the LOC method and found that my hair prefers a thicker oil to seal in the moisture and this one is better as a finishing oil as it is light and non greasy.
The quality of the product is good as a finishing or sheen oil spray.
