The 150ml V05 Miracle Mist is a very lightweight, thin spray / leave-in conditioner which helps detangle and moisturize hair thanks to its 5 oil blend and extract of Satin Silk.
It also works very well to tame frizz. I generally use it every day after styling my hair, a few spritzes and then a pat down works perfectly well for most of the day. It smells gorgeous and people have commented before on the smell.
It protects hair from heat so you could probably use it before styling your hair, I generally use it after though for the frizz. It leaves hair so soft, shiny and silky with out weighing it down or going crispy or stiff.
Did I mention it smells gorgeous! ;)
