It will always be the best there was and is to come.
No other petroleum jelly comes close to this one, in terms of quality and effectiveness, Blue seal remains the best.
Personally it dries my skin out if I use it as a moisturiser but for my hands and lips it remains the best and is really quite affordable for all to purchase.
