This is such a disappointment of a product. I would really appreciate comments from ladies who have used it and have positive reviews for it, because perhaps they are doing something differently than me.

I bought the product as a substitute for shaving underarms and legs because sometimes shaving can cause itchiness and bumpiness. The product promises pain-free hair removal that will leave your skin silky soft. It says to leave the cream on for 5 minutes minimum, scrape some cream to test if it is working and if not, to leave it on for a maximum of 10 minutes.

I first used it under my arms, and applied it generously. Absolutely no hair came off and I waited 10 minutes. What is strange to me is that I did experience a slight tingling sensation which would mean the product is working, no?
The second attempt under my arms was a few days later, and this time I tried one arm pit at a time, stretching the skin straight, but again, it was a total waste of my time.
Then I thought, let me try it on my legs, perhaps my underarm area is the problem. I waited 5 minutes, nothing happened, I waited 10 minutes, nothing happened. It was so disappointing.

I find the whole process very messy because it gets everywhere and when I was scraping it off, it was hard to get the cream that I had just removed, off of the spatula. The smell is less than pleasant and its just a waste of time and money for me. I've had a much better experience and value for money with shaving gel from a different brand. This is my first and last Veet purchase.
