This is my favourite drugstore eyeliner, & definetley one of the darkest kohl liners I've used.. What I love most about it, is that it doesn't move or smudge and it's waterproof, lasts all day long.. It's a roll up eye pencil - yay no sharpeners! - and has a smudge tip on the top for perfect blending.. It's a cheap investment to make for a good quality, soft, creamy, intense color kohl liner :)
