Yardley Uplift Maxx Foundation

This foundation lasts me the whole day! I work for 12 hours and I get a little shiny on my nose so a little touch up is needed But it is a good foundation all together. Especially with the SPF. One needs some added sun protection in their foundation

This product is more for "Older Skin" I say this because it contains Renovage to help fight again varies signs of aging. I tried it out and this is my thought on the foundation:

1. Its very dewy/wet - this is probably to give you a more glowy/ hydrated look but I found it too wet and thin. It seemed to just go straight into my little grooves in my skin. ( If you understand that) You can generally use powder to fix this but I still find it to thin, And of course the more you apply the foundation the more wetter it will appear.

2. Contains SPF 20 which is great!

3. Its meant to have medium coverage but for me it had a little less than that.

For me having "Younger skin" I think it probably wouldn't work for winkly skin because I feel the foundation would move to much on the face. That is just how I feel but maybe you can find a really good way to fix this!

This would probably work better if you prefer to only wear a really thin layer of foundation with powder. Other than that its great packaging and has a lovely smell with a reasonable price!

I picked this up at my local Hub store for R70, some time back and in a beige shade. It gives medium coverage and a very dewy appearance. I was attracted to it because of its anti ageing ingredients and after some time I did feel my skin elasticity improving .It's a relatively long lasting foundation and doesn't fade or cake . I however feel you need to use this for a period of time before reaping the full benefits of its anti aging properties.
