I bought the color 'Checkmate' its a really beautiful nude color. The consistency of the polish is really nice as it applies smoothly and you dont need a lot of brush strokes for the color to apply properly .
I prefer a double coat as it leaves a nice enhanced effect .
Its not a cheap nail polish but worth paying for as it has a base coat in it and it has a great shine even without a top coat .

Oh my gosh. I don't have enough words to describe my love for this product. Nothing else I have tried comes close to this. From the no streak formula to the glorious brush and Chip free pay off. This is one of the first nail polishes that lasted 10 days chipfree! I also love that it isn't a thick formula and applied beautifully. The brush is just perfect and offered a good coverage of each nail, being careful not to leave any gaps. My only issue is the price - I find it hard to buy the colour+magic top coat for R220... I can buy the Essence gel effects range and pair that up with ANY one of their colours. For that price, I can get close to 10 different colours. :/

This is by far my new favorite beauty must-have. I now do my nails at home and get salon-quality results. The colors are amazing, my personal favorite being the shade Hold 'em. It is similar to a rosy pink or mauve and looks like I spent hundreds on a manicure.
I do two coats of the color, waiting 5 minutes between coats, and apply a single coat of the Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy Diamond top coat to get the best results. It drys almost instantly. I usually go 2 or 3 weeks before needing to redo my nails.
I love how fast the Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy enamels dry and how long they last. Additionally the fact that the base coat is built into the enamel makes it that much more effective.
Would highly recommend to anyone who likes to have well kept nails all the time at a very reasonable price.

I have bought so many of this fabulous colours. I just love the names too. I am sure that I own at least 10 of these. They dry incredibly quick and last long. With the normal top coat they last even longer. I just purchase the diamond coat to see how much longer it would last then, I've heard it could make your nail polish last up to 3 weeks...but that remains to be seen...

Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy Nail Enamel provides deep, rich colour with a single application. No need for second coats here, although they always help!
The polish took a long time to dry, as is to be expected of a polish with a gel-like texture. When it was dry, it had the slightly flexible texture of gel polish, although it didn't look nearly as good as a salon job. I blame my shaky hands for that one! :)
The polish is relatively long-lasting on its own, but it's virtually indestructible when used with the Revlon Colorstay Envy Diamond Top Coat. Be sure to buy them both! It's totally worth it.
